Acquire ScripTouch Licenses for ScripTouch Remote on Windows

Method 1: Web Browser

For this method you will need an account on the Scriptel customer portal which is at https://portal.scriptel.com/.

If you do not already have an account, you may sign up for one by navigating to https://portal.scriptel.com/#/newaccount or contacting Scriptel support.

1. Open a browser and navigate to https://portal.scriptel.com/.
2. Login to the portal.
3. Select your Organization.
4. Click on the "Licenses" tab.
5. Click on the "Download Licences" button.
6. Open the folder where the file was saved.
7. Select the file, then press CTRL-X to cut the file.
8. Navigate to the location shown on the screen.
9. Note: You may need to create this folder, if it does not already exist.
10. Press CTRL-V to paste the file.

You have successfully downloaded a ScripTouch license.

Method 2: ScripTouch Toolbox

For this method, you will need ScripTouch Toolbox installed, and an account on the Scriptel customer portal.

1. Open the ScripTouch Toolbox.
2. Click on "Settings" and then "Online Settings."
3. Enter your Scriptel Portal login credentials.
4. Click on "Check Credentials."
5. Make sure your primary organization is accurate, then click "Save."
6. Plug in your signature pad now, if it wasn't plugged in before.
7. Click on "Settings," then "Enable Online."
8. Click on "Settings," then click "Check for Licenses."a

You have successfully downloaded a ScripTouch license.
