Setup a Scriptel EasyScript Signature Pad for Citrix Anything

Instructions

Step 1: Install ScripTouch "Sign and Save" on your Local Desktop

1. Open the Citrix Remote Server by double-clicking the server icon. (This can take some time, please be patient.)
2. Open a browser and go to https://scriptel.com/support/downloads.
3. Download "Sign and Save."
4. Accept the terms of the license agreement.
5. Close the browser and minimize the server window.

Step 2: Install ScripTouch "Toolbox" on your Local Desktop

1. Open a browser locally and go to https://scriptel.com/support/downloads.
2. Download and install ScripTouch "Toolbox."
3. Accept the terms of the license agreement.
4. Minimize the browser window and open the Citrix window.

Step 3: Run "Sign and Save" on the Citrix Server

1. Double-click the "Sign and Save" icon.
2. At this point, Sign and Save on the server is ready to receive input from the pad.
3. Some adjustments may be necessary depending on your connection speed.

Step 4: Making Adjustments to the Pad

1. Open the local copy of the "Toolbox."
2. Click on the "Output" tab of the "Toolbox."
3. Adjust the "Packets per second" value to be between 70 and 100.
4. Check the "Compress output" and "Stream output" boxes.

(Note: Older applications may not work with these options selected.)
